Get a Home Inspection: We can put you in touch with a home inspector if you would like to assess the property's condition in depth and identify any issues that may affect its value or safety.  The fee relating to the inspection is marginal, relative to the peace of mind.

Secure Financing: Our team can connect you with associates that is able to assist with finalising your mortgage approval and securing finance for the purchase.

Closing the Deal: Once the deal is handed over to the attorneys, we will communicate progress relating to signing of the necessary paperwork, payment of closing costs to the attorney's trust, and completing the registration process in order to officially become a homeowner.
