Terms and Conditions
*Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the competition organized by [Vermaak Properties Pty Ltd] (the "Organizer").
*Eligibility
The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 and over.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Only participants with a Vermaak Properties mandate to market their property will qualify for entry.
*Entry Period
The competition begins on 2 September 2024 and ends on 4 September 2024 (the "Entry Period").
*How to Enter
To qualify for the competition, participants must complete the Entry Form and then proceed to mandate Vermaak Properties to assist with selling or leasing their property.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
*Prize
The prize is two main stand rugby tickets to the Springboks vs. New Zealand game on 7 September at DHL Cape Town Stadium.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
*Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will take place on 5 September 2024.
*Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email or phone by the 5th of September 2024, on the day of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 1 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
*Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
*Data Protection
*Personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
*General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Organizer's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
The Organizer's decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
*Governing Law
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
